It may take up to 3 business days from the time you placed your order until it ships. You will receive a notification email from PayPal once your order is shipped. That email will include a list of everything that has shipped, as well as a link to tracking information.
Your order is held for two hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors! Please login to your PayPal account! If you need to make a change, you are able to cancel and refund your order there so that you can start from scratch!
If it has been more than two hours since you placed your order, please email us right away at sales@pawn-inc.com with the email subject “Change Order”. If your order has already been printed and shipped, unfortunately changes cannot be made to it.
All our Domestic orders within Singapore and International orders are handled by Singapore Post Limited (SingPost).
